Inspectable Plate Heat Exchangers Specializing in various types of quality heat exchangers, Onda offers a range of inspectable plate heat exchangers. Onda control heat exchangers are available in different models and sizes and provide solutions to heat exchange problems in a large number of applications in the domestic (HVAC) and industrial sectors (process, marine, chemical, petrochemical) as well as cogeneration and district heating/cooling plan.
Description: These plates are available with two different corrugations, H (high efficiency) and L (low efficiency), through the combination of the two corrugations, the head loss can be perfectly optimized. The joints are designed with the Easyfix system for easy fixing to the board and ensuring a perfect seal.

Plate heat exchangers with gaskets As specialists in all types of heat exchangers, Onda offers a range of plate heat exchangers with gaskets. Flange heat exchangers are available in various designs and sizes, always providing the optimum solution for various heat transfer applications in HVAC and industry (e.g. power industry, marine, chemical, heavy industry, etc.) as well as cogeneration as well as district supply heating and cooling applications.
Description: These plates are available in two different designs, H (High Efficiency) and L (Low Efficiency), the pressure drop can be optimized by combining the two plates. The flange is designed with the Easyfix system, which allows the gasket to be easily fixed to the plate and guarantees a perfect seal.

Warranty - Onda S.p.A. warrants the product to be free from defects and defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery. Therefore, when within the warranty period, Onda S.p.A. objectively identifies and acknowledges in writing the disputed product defect. , the latter will repair or replace defective products free of charge at the Onda S.p.A. factory at Via Lord Baden Powell, 11 – 36045 Lonigo (VI) (Ex Works – Incoterms 2000).
B - Subject to the penalty of forfeiture of the guarantee, the customer must notify in writing within a maximum of 10 (ten) days of receipt of the product of a detected defect or defect or separation from the location by registered mail with proof of receipt in operation of the system, or at In case of malfunction and/or hidden defects, within a maximum of 10 (ten) days from the date of discovery. C - Onda S.p.A. also guarantees that the products have been produced in compliance with Italian law and EU regulations in force on the date of confirmation by Onda S.p.A. related customer orders. All other incidental costs of replacement and/or repair interventions shall also be the responsibility and expense of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
D - The product is not covered by the warranty if it is faulty or defective due to: - physical wear and tear. - Unauthorized repair, tampering or modification. - Improper use and application. - Excessive heat stress, even if accurate. - Excessive electrical or mechanical voltage - Does not comply with the operating and environmental parameters specified by Onda S.p.A. for the correct use and operation of the product. - The product was not installed in accordance with the technical specifications provided by Onda S.p.A. - Damaged alternator ground connection. - Any other reason attributable to the negligence of the customer.
E - The guarantee is also not provided in the following cases: - The product does not comply with the Italian and/or EU regulations in force from the date on which Onda S.p.A. sends the order confirmation. - The product does not comply with the laws and/or regulations applicable to the place where the customer installs and/or assembles the product and/or the place where the product is ultimately used, if the customer does not expressly require the product to comply with these laws and/or regulations and regularly informs ONDA S.p.A. of the latter its contents prior to the transmission date of the order confirmation. It is understood that this limitation also applies to special regulations applicable in the states of the European Union and independent of Community legislation.
F - Customer shall not sell or market products that do not comply with the laws and/or regulations referred to in item E above. Otherwise, the customer releases ONDA S.p.A. from any loss and/or damage suffered by disputes raised by third parties or public authorities in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings as a result of the construction of ONDA S.p.A. Products that do not comply with the above laws and/or regulations.
G - Liability for damages caused by defective products, and liability of Onda S.p.A. in accordance with the application of Presidential Decree No. 224/1988. In the case of fraud or gross negligence, the latter shall under no circumstances be liable for direct, indirect or incidental damages which may in any way arise from product defects.
Warranty - Onda S.p.A. warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery. Therefore, during the warranty period, Onda S.p.A. C - Onda S.p.A. also warrants that the products are manufactured in accordance with Italian and European laws and regulations in force on the date confirmed by Onda S.p.A. related customer orders. Unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties, the customer shall be responsible for any other additional costs associated with repair work or replacement of defective products.
D - This warranty does not apply if the defect of the product is caused by:- physical wear and tear. - Unauthorized repairs, interventions or modifications. - Improper use or application. - Overheating, even occasionally. - electrical or mechanical overload - pressure. - Non-compliance with the operating and environmental parameters set forth by Onda S.p.A. For proper use and enjoyment of the product. - Installation of products that do not comply with the technical specifications provided by Onda S.p.A. - Insufficient ground connection. - Any other reason due to customer negligence.
E - This guarantee also does not apply in the following cases: - The product does not comply with Italian and European laws and/or regulations in force after the date on which Onda S.p.A. sent the order confirmation. - The product does not comply with the laws and/or regulations applicable at the place where the customer installed and/or assembled the product and/or at the place of end use, if the customer does not expressly require the product to comply with said laws and regulations and does not promptly notify Onda S.p.A. of the latter's order confirmation its contents prior to the date of transmission. This limitation of warranty also applies to specific laws and regulations applicable and binding in each state of the European Union, irrespective of European laws and regulations.
F - Customer shall not sell or trade products that do not comply with the laws and regulations referred to in E above. Otherwise, the customer shall hold ONDA S.p.A. harmless from any damage or injury from any claims of third parties and/or authorities arising out of ONDA S.p.A.'s manufacture. Products that do not comply with the above laws and regulations.
G - In accordance with the application of DPR 224/1988 on product liability and liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct, Onda S.p.A. shall not be liable for direct, indirect or incidental damages in any way arising from product defects.
